A responsible school plans for and implements sound practices in the collection of tuition. Our School has fixed and continuing costs that require assured annual income through the prompt payment of tuition and other fees related to our services.
A non-refundable application fee must accompany each child’s application to the school.
When a family is offered enrollment, a non-refundable reservation fee is required to secure their child’s placement and enrollment in the school. The reservation fee will be fully applied toward tuition (reducing the outstanding tuition balance). This reservation fee is non-refundable should the parent(s) decide at any time to change their plans and withdraw their child’s enrollment in the school. Please understand that our School is committed to providing consistent and high quality programs, but cannot guarantee that staffing will remain unchanged (i.e. enrollment needs may dictate a change in staff, and occasionally a staff member might have to move on and a new teacher may need to be hired).
